Nikolina Tully Lawyer Banyo Personal Injuries Lawyer Brisbane

Nikolina Tully

Nikolina Tully is the Legal Practice Director and founder of Tully Law, a Brisbane compensation law firm, based in Banyo, established in 2022. She made history by opening Australia’s first all-pink law firm, a bold and unique expression of her commitment to making the legal industry more approachable and compassionate. The color pink represents warmth, empathy, support, and hope — qualities that are at the heart of her approach to law. It symbolises her desire to create a welcoming space where clients feel understood and supported during difficult times.

With over 18 years of experience in personal injury law, Nikolina is deeply committed to advocating for the rights of those who have been injured and are facing challenging times in their lives. Her legal journey began right out of high school when she secured a job at a personal injury law firm while studying a double degree in a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Justice Studies at Queensland University of Technology (QUT). Nikolina’s dedication to the legal profession led her to be admitted to both the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia.

From a young age, Nikolina knew that she wanted to become a lawyer to fight for the rights of others. This passion is reflected in her approach to law – offering her clients a professional yet approachable service that is clear and easy to understand, especially in times of personal hardship. Nikolina’s extensive experience in the legal industry enables her to meet her clients’ needs with empathy and expertise, guiding them through some of the most difficult moments of their lives.

The name Nikolina itself, meaning “Victory of the People,” reflects her mission to secure justice for her clients, and it is this drive and determination that defines Tully Law.

Nikolina’s dedication to her clients and her passion for justice continue to guide her work at Tully Law, where she leads her practice with integrity, empathy, and a deep sense of responsibility.
